Had a very lay back weekend. We definitively decided to stay in the city {traffic was just INSANE}, it was pretty quiet and peaceful, just what we needed.-

Apart from the awesome lineup (they seriously IMPROVED big time! this year) , my chances of assisting were doom as soon as I saw the webpage warning with: SORRY! SOLD OUT! after just 6 FREAKING DAYS! I mean wt ….

oh well, needless to say I wasn’t so serious neither with my efforts!

But one thing is to say “oh well, will try harder next year” and other to be hammered via TWITTER, FACEBOOK, TUMBLR or any other type of web media of how magnificent, wonderful, marvelous and incredible Coachella was!  To be honest I was so overwhelmed by it. So I decided to stop watching crappy quality amateur videos caught on cellphone and start browsing around for my second favorite thing - FASHION!

See what style setters caught this annual Coachella Music and Arts Festival. It was all about the Boho/Hippie Look .. so to die for!

I have absolutely nothing to complain about, and I shouldn’t …  I move out of Germany to move in to one of the most fascinating and greatest places on earth – Brazil – {and if you’re wondering, yeah WE LOVE IT HERE!}. It had been a very challenging but great year. Achieving various goals that I set for myself, was definitively the happiest moments of my life!

Now with nostalgic eyes but great attitude, Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us in 2011!

Right at the moment, I’m going through the “re-deco” phase, and since I got all the furniture going, I need the most important pieces that will help to accentuate the beauty of each space …. LAMPS!

Artistic Director Alber Elbaz of Lanvin has customized unique haute couture looks from the Lanvin for H&M collection. The looks were revealed at a fashion show in New York.

It was one of the biggest build-ups to a designer/High Street collaboration lately, so it’s no surprise that Lanvin for H&M sold out within hours of its London launch. Shoppers camped overnight outside H&M stores to get their hands on Alber Elbaz’s debut line which officially went on sale yesterday. The first shopper to queue outside H&M’s Regent Street store arrived at 8.45pm the night before.

Doors opened at 9am to hundreds of customers eager to buy cut-price designer items from a printed cotton bag £1.99 to a yellow one-shoulder dress for £99.99. H&M confirmed many of the items had sold out within hours, but more items including menswear would be available today. Online, many pieces had also sold out but a few are still left.

I guess what is left for me to do is go old school and look for my pieces on EBAY

Was a lovely nite, a bit chill but after a few drinks, the weather ended up been perfect for us!

It felt so good to be in our new home with some friends … We are still without chairs and some terrace furniture but I improvised a “Moroccan Theme”, I put some puffs and candles everywhere … gave it a very “bohemian” vibe …

Is no secret that Sao Paulo has quite a “foufou” weather … one week we have 11 degrees {extremely foggy and cold} and the next we jump to 30 degrees, full sunny, hot and 15% of humidity {my throat feels so scratchy as sandpaper!}

Last week we went to Bourbon Street to the Jazz Fest, the musicians came directly from New Orleans, let me tell you it was an amazing nite! the music, the people, the drinking and the dancing …. I came home around 4 am {on a thursday night, but was so worth it!}

Then on the weekend we spent some time at the beach, we went to Santos & Guaruja, but sadly it was a grey day.

I have also been updating a lot my {La Rue Boheme} store, with some new pictures … I love having photo shoots .. makes me all excited and creative ^_^

The only thing that I miss is not having the whole day to lay down and enjoy my apartment, which is getting cozier and comfier, day after day … sure the apartment is a mess, with boxes everywhere and the unpacking {ugh! specially the unpacking} but feels so good to have my own things once again.

As my german friends would say: alles gut, ohne problem … so let’s hope we keep it that way. But I do have a great feeling ❤
